Ultra Tech Moves to Larger Facility

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. . .Ultra Tech Machinery, a unique and innovative manufacturing solution provider, has moved its headquarters and plant to a larger facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The 80,000 square foot building will be used for the design and build of precision machinery and automation solutions.

In announcing the move, Ultra Tech President Don Hagarty said, "We've been operating out of two buildings for some time now and our recent growth had necessitated the need for a larger plant. This move gave us the opportunity to consolidate our operation into one building and increase our plant and office space in the process to almost three times what we had. Our new facility was originally built in 2002 and we just completed a total renovation to meet our needs in both the office and plant areas."

This single facility will now house electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, purchasing, IT, sales, and management while the plant will now include machine assembly, robot integration, a quality lab, a general purpose machine shop, a precision grinding department, electrical panel build and a service department.

The rapid growth of the company will necessitate the hiring of up to 15 more people over the next three years, according to Mr. Hagarty. Ultra Tech's sister company, Motch and Eichele, a machine tool distributor, will also work out of the same location.

Ultra Tech is certified to ISO 9001:2008 with Design. Ultra Tech is also a Fanuc Robotics Authorized Integrator as well as a Yaskawa Motoman Solutions Provider.
