3-Axis 510
E-Series Module
Ultra Tech Machinery is
constantly listening to our customers. Case in point: our latest design
solution, the E-Series PowerModule. They asked for a 3-axis module with
all the exclusive features of our original design module (like an
automatic tool changer), but with less horsepower. We've delivered with a
machine rated for 20HP (15kW) that is packed with standard features. In
addition, we also offer it complete with a competitively priced Fanuc 21i
control for the increasing number of companies wanting a total solution.
Feature Packed
Simplifying the amount of module offerings, we configured the 20HP (15kW)
E-Series PowerModule in a 510mm working cube. However, there's no need to
worry. We'll continue to offer a customized solution when you require it.
The 510 E-Series module comes equipped with many standard components that
include; roller rail linear ways, a complete slide lubrication system,
precision ground ball-screws, over-travel and home limit switches, a
robust 6,000-rpm, 40-taper spindle with an automatic drawbar, and cable
carriers for all axes. Even if you prefer to integrate the control system,
each unit is test run at our facility for 20 hours before shipment to your
plant. This is just one more step to ensure consistent quality to our
customers.

Module Options
Since there are so many
standard features, few options exist. However, we do offer a 20-tool
automatic tool changer (ATC), a Fanuc CNC control, through-the-spindle
coolant, a 10,000-rpm spindle, scale feedback for all axes, and an
indexable turret.
