In 1981, Ultra Tech management began developing knowledge on flow-forming processes and equipment suitable for heavy-duty applications. Since then, we have been building heavy-duty flow-forming machines and complementary auxiliary processing equipment for hi-volume customers.

Heavy-Duty Machines
Our latest design 2-roller horizontal CNC machine is the most rugged, heavy-duty machine on the market.

Standard Features
Applications have been developed for steel and aluminum processing. A few standard features include automatic part loading and unloading, heavy-duty slides capable of over 100,000 lb. continuous-duty loads, and a 300HP AC spindle drive.

3-Roller & Vertical Machines
Taking our experience in the horizontal market, we've developed 3-roller and vertical machines for various applications.
