Project Management and Quality from
Start to Finish
Obtaining QS and ISO certification in 2001 compelled us to implement
and maintain a team-oriented organization, focusing on each aspect
of the design, assembly, and quality assurance process. Using 3-D
solid modeling for all designs in addition to design and assembly
FMEA’s, detailed initial equipment specifications, weekly updated
project plans, and inspection sheets for critical components all
help ensure consistent, high quality solutions.
Service and Support
Ultra Tech understands the importance of running uninterrupted
three-shift operations. While all Ultra Tech equipment designs use
many standard off-the-shelf components, offering excellent on-site
service is also a requirement if the need arises. Customers can
count on a response time of 24-hours or less to service requests.
The goal is to eliminate downtime through top quality equipment and
